It has 50 pages of info and pictures. Calendar on back. Stamped Myers Oil Co. Horseheads, NY on back. Item has wear and writing in pencil on cover. Inside is in great condition with minimal wear.
The farm book is in good condition. There is dirt and wear present throughout, but pretty good for its age.
