This is a super unique and rare 1922 brochure for selling farm land in Wooster, Ohio and Wayne County. When opened it pulls out to a widened page, like a book, providing information about the high lights of the town and benefits of buying land for farming in the area. The pages include black and white photos as well as information for contacting J.C. McIntire as representing agent for the E.A. Sprout Farm Agency. There are 23 pages total. When closed, this is a standard sized brochure measuring 8.25 by 3.75 inches. It is in good condition with some light soiling on upper top edge of front cover and is minimal. Otherwise, it is in excellent condition. Please view photos. This is a neat piece of agricultural memorabilia and memorabilia of Wayne County. Shipped with USPS First Class package.
