Scarce original circa 1918 poster for farmers and watermelon growers, by the United States Department of Agriculture, Bureau of Plant Industry: "Treat Watermelon Stems To Stop Stem-End Rot." Measures 16 x 20-1/2 inches. Very good condition (never hung or mounted). I dated it circa 1918 because it references "Farmer's Bulletin 821," which was issued in May of 1917. We combine shipping.
